2:Is Your Protective Case Compatible With My Phone?

At present, our waterproof protective case is compatible with well-known mobile phone brands such as Apple, Samsung, and Huawei. You can choose the corresponding protective case according to your mobile phone model.

3:How to install the Phone Case?

1:How Long Is My Beeasy Product Under Warranty? What Does The Warranty Policy Cover?

2:How Do I Request A Replacement? Will I Be Required To Provide Proof Of My Purchase?

To facilitate a smooth warranty process, a nominal shipping fee will be applied to cover the cost of product replacement.

To initiate a warranty claim, we kindly request that you provide high-quality photos or videos of the damaged product, along with your return address, contact information, and order details to our offical email. The damaged product must be returned to us prior to or upon shipment of the replacement.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the denial of a warranty claim.

3:I Have Sent In The Requested Information On My Warranty Claim. When Will I Receive My Replacement?

If your claim is approved, you will receive an email update within 3-5 business days and then a tracking number when your replacement is shipped.

If it takes longer than 5 days, you can contact our customer service directly by phone for assistance.

4:If I Purchased My Product From A Retailer, Can I Get A Warranty Replacement?

To ensure you receive authentic Beeasy products with our warranty coverage, we recommend purchasing directly from our official store at beeasystore.com or our authorized Amazon store. Products acquired through other channels may not be genuine and therefore ineligible for warranty support.

Upon verification of a legitimate Beeasy product purchase, we will promptly process your request.

5:What Is Required For A Warranty Claim?

All warranty claims will require a photo of the damaged product and a small shipping and handling fee. We also may ask that the damaged products be returned to us for evaluation by our engieneers.

Customers who do not comply with these requests may be denied a warranty replacement.

1:Why Isn't My Order Processing?

We’re sorry you’re experiencing unexpected delays in your order. Here is a list of possible reasons as to why your order is not processing:

  • The billing address that is on the order does not match the billing address where the card statement is mailed to
  • Your order is failed to unsuccessful payment
  • We have processed it, but the system has not updated your order information
  • Due to the time difference/holiday, our logistics staff is taking a break and will process it for you once they resume work

3:Can I Modify My Order After I've Submitted It Online?

Please note that once an order is submitted, it is automatically forwarded to our fulfillment department for processing.
