Q1: What delivery methods are available?

A: We will ship your goods by air express. The choice of courier varies by country. We ship worldwide and use several major international air couriers, including International Air Parcel, UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT and EMS.

Please note:

1) Please confirm that you have obtained the correct shipping address on your order before payment, we will not be able to change the address once the item starts shipping.

2) Our delivery time depends on your location. All orders are processed within 1 business day. If you place an order on Friday, it will most likely not be processed until the following Monday. Please keep this in mind if you choose the express delivery option.

3) We will make every effort to deliver your package as quickly as possible. However, due to invalid addresses, customs clearance issues, and the ongoing impact of COVID-19, it may take more time. Q2: When will I receive shipping confirmation?

A: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. You can view your shipping information in My Account.

To ensure better service, we will send you an email after the item is processed. If you have not received shipping confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder for an email from beeasy. Although unlikely, it is also possible that you entered the wrong email address.

A: Our shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method you selected at checkout. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We are doing our best to ship as quickly as possible - please be patient!

Other countries (except the United States):

Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska can expect 2-4 weeks of shipping time.

Receive your shipment
1. The courier requires the recipient's signature for delivery, which is a fast and safe way to deliver.
2. You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a valid delivery phone number.
3. If you believe your package is missing items, contains the wrong items, or has been damaged or tampered with in any way, you must make this clear to the courier's delivery driver at the time of delivery. If you accept delivery and sign for the goods, it will be much more difficult to make a claim later.

Worldwide Shipping and Legality
1. We offer shipping to almost all locations worldwide. (We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders at our discretion, such as if we cannot deliver to remote areas for any reason.)
2. Please note that it is your responsibility to find out in advance the legality of importing the ordered goods into your country - and the legality of importing goods into your country. We are not responsible for items confiscated by your local authorities or any related costs.
