Fool me twice - shame on me! (....and still waiting!)

The first phone case I ordered in March 2025, from Beeasy didn't fit my iPhone. They wouldn't let me return it. I ordered another case in May 2025, that I knew would fit my phone, but once I put the case on my phone, every caller had a hard time hearing me. After two days of complete frustration, I took the case off. I contacted Beeasy again to return the case and they wanted me to send a video or picture of the problem. (What???? How?????). I asked them how do I do that.? The problem is the caller unable to hear me. So, Beeasy replied with the following email:

Since we are unable to evaluate the issue without a video or photo, we’d like to offer a few troubleshooting suggestions that may help improve your call quality while using the iPhone case:
Increase the call volume to ensure your voice is transmitted clearly.
Move to an area with stronger signal reception, as poor signal can sometimes affect audio quality.
Double-check your phone's microphone and speaker areas to ensure nothing is obstructing them, either by dust or the case itself.
If the issue continues after trying these steps, please let us know.

I tried all of the above suggestions, but none fixed the problem. I have emailed them three times after that but received no response. I feel so cheated.

The drama continues:
July 2025 - I'm still stuck with both cases!!
June 2025, I finally received an email back (shortly after posted the above review). The message read:

We have received your comment on the website.
We are very sorry for the delay in responding to you - your most recent message was received over the weekend, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Regarding the case sound issue you are experiencing, we have forwarded your feedback to our engineering team for further investigation. In order to better assist you and identify the source of the problem, could you please send us a photo of the speaker area of ​​your phone with the case on? This will help us quickly assess if there is any physical interference causing the call quality issue.
We are committed to providing loyal service to every customer and sincerely hope to resolve this issue for you as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. Looking forward to your reply.

So, I sent them a photo THREE WEEKS AGO and AGAIN no reply. What kind of company puts you through so much trouble for a refund? Does shoe companies ask for a photo of your feet in the shoes so that they can send the photo to their engineers to analyze the issue when the shoes don't fit??!! Asking for photos is ridicules but taking 16 WEEKS to return items is atrocious. This company is appalling.
