1: Remove Screen Protectors: Before installing the case, please remove any previously installed screen protectors. Leaving them on may cause muffled sounds and prevent the case from sealing properly.
2: Sound Quality: Due to the waterproof design, the phone call volume may be slightly reduced. For clearer audio, we recommend adjusting the volume to maximum or using Bluetooth devices or headphones.
3: Waterproof Testing: Before use, especially in environments like swimming pools or beaches, please conduct a Water Test as outlined in the User Manual to ensure a secure seal.
4: Charging: For optimal performance, always use the original charger and earphone cable.
I came across Beeasy looking for a rugged phone case for my iPhone. I ordered the case (iPhone 14) and it arrived. *Note, the cases comes directly from China, so make sure you allow about 2 weeks for delivery...give or take a couple days.
I installed the case and was very pleased. It's well constructed, has a nice screen protector and although I have not tested it, claims to be waterproof as well.
Here's my issue. As part of the case, there is a "button" that you use to turn your phone's ringer on and off. This button is plastic and has a small "catch" on the inside of it to grip the switch that turns the phone to silent. This broke shortly after I purchased the case without any drops, abuse, overuse, etc.
I reached out to Beeasy (who is pretty slow to respond to customer inquiries) and they told me that this piece was only an accessory to my case and they would not be replacing it. They said I could purchase their accessory pack which comes with additional screws and some other things.
To be clear, you CANNOT access the mute on/off switch on your phone without this button. You have to take the case completely apart and remove the silicone protector inside the metal housing in order to access it.
This button is also easily replaced on your own. I asked Beeasy to just send me a few of them since this part was likely to fail again in the future and they refused.
Bottom line, the case is nice, but this part is very likely going to fail sooner or later. You can't just buy this part and you can't have full functionality of your phone without it.
The design isn’t compatible with the iphone 14 pro. They made it for a phone with a mute slider however the 14 pro doesn't have one and instead has a shortcut button. The case triggers this constantly. Will be expecting a refund.
My husband is a trash man and together we have a toddler. After one incodent of his phone getting dunked into water by the toddler, we realized we needed better-than-good cases for our phones.
We both got a case for our phones. He has left his phone on top of the car and drove off already, He has had it fall off the back of the trash truck and into a puddle too and both times still worked. It was that one time he left it ontop of the car again and it fell off and was ran over by a big rig that the screen did shatter, however the messages were still coming through on his watch so the phone still worked and was still synced!
No mater what phone we upgrade to next, THIS is the case we get every single time.
Just wish there were more colors to choose from.
oh and sometimes the mic/speaker could be muffled. I dont have a problem with mine but his he notices a difference (he also still has a home button on his ancient phone). He uses wireless earbuds 90% of the day so he just talks on calls through that.

Finally, I found a phone case that actually protects my iPhone!! It is wrapped in serious protection. I am very happy with the installation instructions, the feel of the button, and the sensitivity of the screen!! Just awesome!! Great buy, for people who are tired of crappy cases!!
This phone case is quite beefy. It’s 6 1/2 inches long 3 1/2 inches wide and a half inch thick. I have big hands and I love Because I can actually text lol no more using the tip of my fingers to send somebody a text message, it’s wide enough to where I can actually use my thumbs 👍🏻. I recommend this phone case to anybody with big hands
