Okay first thing I never write a review on a product as soon as I get it never ever everything works okay as soon as you get it but as soon as I got this case and looked at it real close other than on the website this thing is awesome for my application I read the reviews cause I always go to the negative reviews first some people were complaining that nobody can hear them on the phone. Well that's probably because they didn't read the instructions because the mute button on the side of an iPhone you have to install your phone a certain way in the case to have the mute switch to line up with the external switch. Now the charging port seal on the bottom of the case people were saying that it came apart shortly after they got it. I don't care about that because I have wireless charging as you can see in the photos it works you have to trust me on this. The case it makes holding the phone a problem for me it a lot larger but for my application its perfect I had hand surgeries on both hands and I can't hardly hold anything so I bought this case and a lanyard to go around my neck but anyway read the instructions they don't word it like us Americans because they're getting translated from Chinese to English anyway this phone case is awesome I got yellow because I'm in the industrial environment and I lay my phone down and I can't find it cause everything in the shop is dark. the water proof part I don't plan to go swimming with my phone I got it for the toughness because I am rough on devices. Remember people do your research for what you need a product for. just don't buy something and then give it a bad review because you didn't read the instruction and it didn't fit your needs.
